Comet Industries Ltd. (Comet) is a real estate holding and development company that owns unimproved land in the province of British Columbia in the communities of Kamloops, Terrace, Pender Harbor, and a rental property in Vancouver, all on a freehold basis. Comet Industries Ltd. was incorporated in the Province of British Columbia 1972 and is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

One of the company’s biggest projects is the Iron Mask Industrial Park (IMIP) project, in southwest Kamloops, B.C. Comet also owns several parcels of land in Pender Harbor, and two parcels of undeveloped land northeast of Terrace on the Yellowhead Highway.

One of the company’s biggest projects in recent times is the Iron Mask Industrial Park (IMIP) project, in southwest Kamloops, B.C. Comet’s management understands there is a shortage of industrially zoned land in the city of Kamloops. In May 2023, the Company's rezoning application of the land parcel was successful, to allow for the development of the property to accommodate light industry.

The IMIP land has been owned by Comet for nearly 50 years and was the site of the former Iron Mask mine which was active until the 1980s. Comet will now work toward environmental remediation efforts as well as significant earthwork to prepare the site for construction and infrastructure development.
