COMET Industries Ltd. has published its 2026 Management Information Circular in advance of the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on August 7, 2026. The Circular includes the Notice of Meeting, information on the matters to be considered by shareholders, voting instructions, director nominations, executive compensation, corporate governance, and other information relevant to the meeting.


Shareholders are encouraged to review the Circular before voting or attending the meeting.
