Comet Industries Ltd. ("Comet") has successfully concluded the sale of a parcel of land - 13182 Pool Road, Garden Bay, British Columbia. The sale was for a gross of $632,500.00. After payment of the commission, and deduction of adjustments, the Company netted $608,236.
